mansome will arnett morgan spurlock gi 'Mansome's' Will Arnett talks skin care and 'Arrested Development'How does “Up All Night” star Will Arnett keep his sophisticated look so fresh and so clean, clean?
“The most extravagant thing I do is I moisturize,” the actor tells Zap2It at the Hollywood premiere of his new film, “Mansome” on Wednesday (May 9).

The documentary, directed by Morgan Spurlock, was executive-produced by Arnett and his “Arrested Development” co-star Jason Bateman, and both are followed on screen as they search for the secret to a man’s ideal hygiene ritual.

“I just discovered that I needed to do less,” says Arnett, fresh of attending Monday’s Met Costume Institute Gala. “The best thing to do for a dude is really keep it simple.”

Experimenting in pedicures, milk baths and the likes, Arnett and his creative partner critically (and of course, sarcastically) consider the price a man has to pay to look good and make an impression. And while he agrees it might not compare to the standards placed on women, Arnett does feel an element of pressure exists for men in Hollywood, too.
“It’s different,” he explains. “Part of your job sometimes, especially at an event like this, is you’ve got to have your picture taken in front of lots of people. And people, I guess, are sort of looking at you, or whatever that means. So, there is a certain amount of pressure, but then it makes me, again, want to go the other way. What am I gonna do, come like I just spent two hours getting ready? Why bother.”
Thus, Arnett — who is married to “Parks and Recreation” star Amy Poehler — is mansome just the way he is.
Side note: George Oscar Bluth II tells us his next project, the highly-anticipated return of “Arrested Development” begins shooting this summer, and the result will be “super exciting and very satisfying for the fan.”
