Floyd Mayweather Jr. kept up his undefeated winning streak in his boxing match against Canelo Alvarez on Saturday (Sept. 15) in what looked like a clear, decisive victory. However, Mayweather did not win the match unanimously — he won only by a majority scoring.
One judge, C.J. Ross, scored the match as a draw, 114-114. “I stand behind my decision,” Ross tells TMZ. She says she isn’t phased by all the ferocious criticism she’s received from both experts and amateurs, despite being the only judge to score them evenly.
