miley cyrus new roosevelt tattoo gi Miley Cyrus' new tattoo is all about Theodore RooseveltMiley Cyrus is a fan of tattoos and kind of outspoken when it comes to her political beliefs so it isn’t all that shocking that her latest ink was inspired by former president Theodore Roosevelt.

So what words did Miley — aka the future Mrs. Liam Hemsworth — deem important enough to permanently wear on her skin?

“So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat,” reads Miley’s new tat, which is written out on her left forearm, reports Us. The quote is from a speech Teddy made at the Sorbonne in 1910 in which he urged people to live life to the fullest.

The quote joins Miley’s numerous other tattoos, including a dream catcher on her ribs and an equals symbol (in support of marriage equality) on her ring finger.

Cyrus hasn’t yet tweeted about the new tattoo, though on Tuesday (July 10) she did make her opinion of persistent photographers crystal clear, writing, “I hate paparazzi with a passion. disgusting pigs. (no offense to pigs)”
