It’s a battle of pop music heavyweights Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus. These two are going to slug it out to represent North America in the Worldwide Act competition at the 2013 MTV EMAs.
Miley was somehow crowned best U.S. musical act, while Bieber got the win for his native Canada. Now the two will be surrounded by a steel cage and have to fight with broken bottles and baseball bats, until one gives up. Well, that’s not exactly how the winner is decided.
Fans are able to vote for who they think should be the best act in their region through October 31. From there, the winners will go on to compete against other regions for votes, with the best worldwide act being named at the 2013 MTV EMAs.
The show takes place in Amsterdam, airing in the U.S. on November 10 at 7 p.m. ET. Miley is already set to perform on the show, along with Robin Thicke, Snoop Dogg, Afrojack, Imagine Dragons, The Killers, and Katy Perry.
