NadyaSulem_Jason_57102828_600 Jonah, the last of Nadya Suleman's octuplets, came home from the Kaiser Permanente Bellflower Medical Center Monday.

But he will soon go back because he needs surgery to correct a cleft lip. This is a birth defect which may have been one reason why he was slower to gain weight than the other babies.

Little Jonah spent more than two months in the neonatal intensive care unit.

The doctors there are "really happy the pallet is not involved at all, its just the upper lip," Suleman tells

Doctors will reportedly operate on the boy — who left the hospital weighing in at 4 pounds, 10 ounces after weighing only 1 pound, 8 ounces at birth — in about four months.

Is there anyone out there who feels sorry for precious Jonah and hopes he gets treatment and makes a quick recovery?

But does anyone out there also hope that the state or federal government won't have to pay for this too?

It just never seems to end. And it hardly seems fair, does it?
