“Private Practice” creator Shonda Rhimes isn’t usually one for spoilers, but she’s outed the show’s latest guest star herself: Nicholas Brendon — Xander from “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” — is currently filming a guest spot. [@shondarhimes]
