For his “Dancing With the Stars” performance this week, “Pretty Little Liars” star Brant Daugherty got a contemporary number with Peta Murgatroyd, set to Elton John’s “Your Song.” It was an emotional number, with Brant choking up afterwards, as he dedicated the number to his late father, who passed away in 2009 of lymphoma.

The judges agreed. Len loves “the passion,” “the chemistry” and says that Brant’s dad is looking down at him. Bruno adds, “You throw yourself into it with such dedication, you have no fear … You acted it wonderfully.” And Carrie Ann says, “I felt like every movement were all driven from a true place.”

The scores reflected the praise, with Brant and Peta receiving all 9s from the judges for a 27 total. It tied Brant’s best score of the season. What did you think, “DWTS” fans?
