diego boneta pretty little liars 'Pretty Little Liars': Meet Diego Boneta, the newest hottie in Rosewood “Pretty Little Liars” and its fierce female foursome have kept us glued to ABC Family on Tuesday nights with catty wit and intrigue. But now Zap2it thought it was high time we also turn our attention to the man candy who have been steaming up the screen alongside the gals.

Zap2it kicks off our summer series “The Guys of ‘Pretty Little Liars'” in honor of the Fourth of July and just their overall hotness, of course. We spent a couple exclusive days on-set with Bryce Johnson (Officer Wilden), Chuck Hittinger (Sean Ackard), Ian Harding (Mr. Fitz) and Keegan Allen (Toby Cavanaugh). It’s a tough a job but someone had to do it for all you ladies, so be sure to stay tuned “Liars” fans!

Our series “The Guys of ‘Pretty Little Liars'” starts off with newbie Diego Boneta, who joins the show as Alex Santiago in the fifth episode, “Reality Bites Me,” as a love interest for one of the girls. You’ll have to watch the video below to find out who! But Diego describes Alex as a real “down to earth guy” who works part-time at the country club.

He also tells Zap2it about all his summertime activities — he’s into the World Cup and now that his native country of Mexico is out, he’s rooting for his other triple-citizenship homeland of Spain. He also loves the beach, surfing and he recently got into horseback riding. Diego’s beverage of choice in the summertime is — well, he’s underage in the U.S. so he likes Arnold Palmers but in Mexico where he’s legal, it’s coronitas all the way.

Some of the “Pretty Little Liars” audience may already be familiar with Diego from his brief stint as Adriana’s (Jessica Lowndes) latin heartthrob pop star “boyfriend” Javier on CW’s “90210”.

Diego premieres on “Pretty Little Liars” Tuesday, June 6 on ABC Family at 8 p.m. ET.
