troian bellisario quantum leap 'Pretty Little Liars' Troian Bellisario's first roleZap2it is going to try to have some “Pretty Little Liars” for you every Tuesday — since we know how excruciating the withdrawal is. Today we have a Z-wind for Ms. Troian Bellisario.

Troian’s mom and dad are none other than Deborah Pratt and Donald Bellisario, the genius minds behind “Quantum Leap,” one of our favorite shows. Not only did they name an episode after her (“A Portrait for Troian,” which starred Troian’s mom as the titular character), but they cast her as Scott Bakula‘s leap-daughter in “Another Mother.”

Troian is Teresa, a little girl who can see Dr. Sam Beckett for who he really is and who also strikes up a sweet friendship with Al the hologram. The entire episode is excellent and definitely worth a viewing — you can watch it in our video section if you search for “Quantum Leap,” but the intro clip that features an adorable young Troian is below.

“Pretty Little Liars” comes back in January — how are you holding up in its absence?
