snl new cast members 2013 'Saturday Night Live': Beck Bennett, Noel Wells, Kyle Mooney and John Milhiser set to join cast“Saturday Night Live” may have found replacements for departing cast members Fred Armisen, Bill Hader, Seth Meyers and Jason Sudeikis.

According to Deadline, four people — Noel Wells, Beck Bennett, John Milhiser and Kyle Mooney — are “top candidates” to join “SNL” as featured players in the fall. All four have ties to the Upright Citizens Brigade comedy troupe (which was co-founded by “SNL” alum Amy Poehler) as well as good-sized online presences.

Bennett, who’s also in the sketch group Good Neighbor, is probably the most recognizable of the four: He’s the bemused guy who interviews groups of kids in a series of commercials for AT&T, and also stars in a web series called “Fresh Perspectives,” in which he asks kids about political issues. Here’s one of the phone ads:

Among Wells’ YouTube videos are a series of Zooey Deschanel impressions (could this pave the way for the return of “Bein’ Quirky”?), one called “My (Drunk) Singing Impressions” and a three-part series called “Manic Pixie Nightmare Girl.” Here’s part 1:

Mooney, also a member of Good Neighbor, has the biggest YouTube following, built in large part on a string of supremely awkward man-on-the-street interviews. He had a brief but very funny guest role on “Parks and Recreation” in 2011:

Milhiser is a UCB veteran and member of the sketch group Serious Lunch. He also stars in a series of Funny or Die videos called “In Depp with Johnny Depp.” Take a look:

What do you think? Will Wells, Bennett, Milhiser and Mooney make good additions to the “SNL” cast?
