sex and the city 2 soundtrack 'Sex and the City 2' soundtrack: 'Rapture,' 'Single Ladies' and moreThe “Sex and the City 2” soundtrack is due out May 25, just two days before “SATC 2” hits theaters, but E! Online’s Marc Malkin has some details about the rockin’ tunes we can look forward to in the movie.

]]>Alicia Keys took some time out of her busy “American Idol” schedule to record a cover of the 1981 Blondie hit “Rapture.” Apparently, the song is also a mash-up with the “Sex and the City” theme song. We’re intrigued! And a little scared. But mostly excited! There is also a duet from Jennifer Hudson (who was in the original SATC movie as Carrie’s assistant) and Leona Lewis called “Love is Your Color.” The four female stars of the movie boogie down on “I Am Woman,” which we hope features Sarah Jessica Parker heavily because she was a Broadway star long before SATC and girlfriend can sing. Finally, diva Liza Minnelli does a cover of Beyonce‘s “Single Ladies.” We smell a spin-off production involving “Liza with a Z” and the football team from “Glee!” Follow Zap2it’s Dish Rag and Zap2it Andrea on Twitter and follow Zap2it on Facebook for the latest celebrity news and buzz.
