Shaquan Duley, the South Carolina woman in jail for suffocating her two young sons and subsequently trying to cover it up by driving her car into a river, sat down with Oprah Winfrey to give her first television interview, one week before her sentence is to be handed down.

In the above preview clip, there are no answers shown from Duley, but Oprah certainly doesn’t pull any punches in her questioning – “How were you able to do that?,” “Was there a struggle with your sons?” and “You can’t make me believe you don’t remember that, because that is something you could never forget.”

Duley faces 30 years to life in prison when she is sentenced Friday, March 30. The Oprah Winfrey interview will air on “Oprah’s Next Chapter” Sunday, April 1 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on OWN.
