On “Sister Wives,” the Brown family is busy building its series of houses so the whole family can live near one another, while on “Breaking Amish: LA,” a new group of Amish and Mennonite young adults leave their sheltered lives and head for the bright lights of Los Angeles.

The two series air at 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Sunday nights on TLC.
