The “Jersey Shore’s” favorite party girls at gearing up for Season 4 of “Snooki & JWoww.” Don’t expect too much fist bumping or tequila-fueled fist fights though, because both ladies kick off Season 4 being pregnant.
JWoww is nine months pregnant when the season begins on Nov. 5, and Snooki is three months behind her when the two move in next door to each other for the summer. Pregnancy doesn’t stop the girls from having fun though, because being boring isn’t something they know how to do.
Zap2it caught up with the reality star moms, and they shared a few tips on how to make your pregnancy fun and still a party — even if it means growing up a bit.
1. Move in next door to your best friend
“[Nicole] was really there for me in my last month,” JWoww says. “Being there for each other made it so much easier to hang out.”
In Season 4, Snooki and her husband-to-be Jionni move in next door to JWoww and Roger for the summer. JWoww loves having having a best friend so close who has not only already had her first child but is going through the same pregnancy pains.
“This time we were both fat together so it made me feel better,” Snooki says. It also means having a partner in crime to drive the guys crazy.
2. Keep working out
Don’t think that because you’re pregnant that you can forget about GTL. OK, let the tanning go, but JWoww insists that working out kept her sane while being pregnant.
“I feel like [working out] gives you more energy to do things,” she says. “The moment you become pregnant and you think your life is over so you just sit around and watch TV — it’s so hard to get that energy back.”
So grab your friend and get to the gym so you’re ready for whatever fun times come your way.
3. Find ‘pregnant’ activities to do together, like prenatal yoga
There are many pregnancy/birthing classes to take, but Snooki and JWoww had the most fun doing prenatal yoga. Well, maybe only Snooki had fun.
“Jenni hated it because she gave birth like a week later, but I thought it was relaxing,” Snooki says. JWoww admits, “I thought I was going to die.” At the very least, it’ll be a lot of fun for audiences to see the ladies try to bend into Warrior II pose.
4. Don’t be afraid to grow up
Being pregnant is a life-changing experience for anyone, but Snooki and JWoww have transitioned to being mothers in front of a worldwide audience. JWoww says she matured gradually during her “Jersey Shore” party days, but she’s been following in Snooki’s footsteps in becoming an adult ever since.
“We all have our lessons from ‘Jersey Shore’ but I think Nicole did a complete 180, and after [giving birth to] Lorenzo became a beautiful woman and changed drastically — but for the good,” she says.
Tune in to the Season 4 premiere of “Snooki & JWoww” Nov. 5 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
