keith tollefson survivor 'Survivor: South Pacific's' Keith Tollefson: 'There wasn't bullying'Keith Tollefson was the first casualty of Cochran switching alliances on “Survivor: South Pacific.” But he tells Zap2it he has nothing but good feelings about his time on the show.

Are you glad you did “Survivor”? Was it everything you expected or hoped it would be?

“It’s definitely one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I feel so privileged to have been one of the lucky people that even get a chance to go out there. To get a chance to play for a million dollars, it’s amazing.”

Having watched the show, do you feel like Savaii excluded Cochran or
maybe wasn’t very nice to him? Or was it more of the edit the tribe got?

“Coach’s very intelligent move [when they merged] was almost … coming up with the bullying. Cochran just went along with it, that was his move at the time. There wasn’t bullying. I respected Cochran as a person, I thought of him as a close ally there. It’s very disappointing. People who were on the show know that if it was bullying there, it would be shown.”

Would you do “Survivor” again if asked?

“To be asked to do it again, you should feel privileged. I know me and Jim would be back there in a heartbeat. Every episode [we watch], we play challenges over and over in our heads. I would love to go back.”

Is there anything you wish you could’ve done differently?

“Even if you win … there are definitely things you’ll probably regret just as much. You have your prize to help you with your feelings, but there are always things you’ll look back on and think maybe I could’ve done different, done better. But the way you do it at the time is what you think is the best way to get to the end.”

Any final thoughts or messages to your fans?

“It’s so fun to be on a show that people are so passionate about. The love that people have for this game and to be able to be a part of it is so rewarding and just thank you to everyone who watches.”

“Survivor” airs Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
