The project, titled “Growing Ivy,” stars Martino as Ivy Davis, a career woman who lacked stability growing up and is now a Type A grown-up who has thrown herself into her job at the expense of her personal life. Sarandon is her free-spirit mother, Franckie. Ivy invites her mother to move in with her in an attempt to find some balance in her life and work on their relationship.

Will McCormack (“In Plain Sight”) will co-write and co-executive producer alongside Martino and “Parks and Rec” star Rashida Jones.
