Is Susan Sarandon, long known as a Hollywood do-gooder, turning to greed?
Sarandon is in talks to co-star in Oliver Stone’s “Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps” alongside Shia LaBeouf and Michael Douglas, according to Variety. She’d take on the role of LaBeouf’s mother, who we can only help would be a balancing influence to Douglas’ money-lovin’ Gordon Gekko.
— Real American Hero Channing Tatum is ready for some hand-to-hand warfare. Tatum, who starred in “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra,” will go back to ancient Rome in “The Eagle of the Ninth,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Tatum will star with Donald Sutherland and Jamie Bell in the story of a centurion trying to track down a missing Roman legion. Shooting is already under way in Hungary.
