Sunday (April 22) was a big night for reality star and cookbook author Teresa Giudice with the much-anticipated premiere of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” and a new episode of NBC’s “The Celebrity Apprentice.”
On the latter, Teresa’s team won during a task to create a slogan and display for Donald Trump’s new fragrance, Success by Trump. But despite the win, she still was lampooned by her teammates Arsenio Hall and Aubrey O’Day, who says Teresa’s “not strong” and “has limitations.”
“She’s famous for what she’s famous for,” Arsenio says. “She’s a housewife on television.”
Teresa has mostly come across as somewhat demure and affable — if a bit daffy — on “The Celebrity Apprentice” thus far this season, which is quite a different persona from what fans of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” have come to know. Teresa’s feisty, table-flipping antics and the enormous falling out she’s experienced with her castmates on the show have earned her a reputation for being difficult and divisive. But is it deserved?
One can only assume more will be revealed as viewers watch both series play out this season.
