ali bachelor 320 'The Bachelor': Why did Ali Fedotowsky leave? Is she coming back? (SPOILERS)On the Monday, Feb. 8 “Bachelor” episode, Ali pulled an Ed and left the show. What’s going to happen now? (Spoilers ahead, be warned.)

According to the in-the-know site Reality Steve, Ali left “The Bachelor” due to her new job with Facebook.

When she left work to be on “The Bachelor,” she either didn’t ask for enough time off or didn’t think she’d be in the running for so long and she was eventually called back to work. Interestingly, Steve says Ali is not returning to the show this season. He also says Vienna wins the show.

Now one has to wonder if Ali may be asked to be the next Bachelorette. But that would certainly mean leaving work for awhile, so would it come down to a choice between possible fame and fortune (oh, and “love,” since this is “The Bachelorette), and her job? Would that be worth it to Ali, whereas a 1-in-4 chance with Jake was not?

Then there’s Tenley. Might she be asked to be the next Bachelorette? Ali and Tenley are certainly the fan favorites of the Final Four, that would be quite the hard decision. For us personally, we feel like Tenley sincerely just wants love and stuff, whereas Ali would be more entertaining to watch. It’s kind of a toss up.

UPDATE: Reality Steve is now saying that unless Ali turns it down, she is going to be the next Bachelorette, though nothing is signed or official. He’s been right so far — is he right about this?

What do you think? If Vienna does win, who should be the next Bachelorette?
