The “Bachelorette” finale airs Sunday night (July 22) and it has come down to Emily Maynard choosing between racecar driver Arie Luyendyk and entrepreneur Jef Holm. In the above preview clip, Emily expresses trepidation of introducing Ricki to her suitors.

Emily says to her mother, “I don’t know if I want to introduce them to Ricki and that makes it hard. What happens if I pick the wrong one?”

Her mother responds, “I think as kind and as good as both of these guys seem, they have to give Ricki time to adjust to this … I know you all will take the time and decide what’s right for you. That’s why I encourage you to wait on any kind of engagement.”

Meanwhile, Arie and Jef both speak with Emily’s father.

Arie says, “In the beginning, this was all very carefree and fun, but then you get to the point where you imagine losing her. And I can’t imagine losing Emily. She’s the love of my life.”

Jef says, “I wouldn’t feel right taking the next steps towards Emily and I being together if I didn’t have your seal of approval, too … I definitely want to have your blessing before asking Emily to marry me at the end of this.”

And Emily’s father signs off on both men. Do you think he’s leaning more towards one over the other? “The Bachelorette” airs Sunday night at 8 p.m. ET/PT, followed by a live “After the Final Rose” at 10 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
