Danni started out Season 14 at 258 pounds, and at the live finale she weighed in at 137 pounds, for a total weight loss of 121 pounds. She lost 46.9 percent of her entire body weight.

Danni was the winner at the final weigh-in, but even before her name was announced, she said she has learned “dreams are possible.” After she was crowned “Biggest Loser,” Danni talked to Zap2it about what’s next. Not only is Danni overflowing with positive energy in the afterglow of her win, but when you see this girl’s figure and witness her amazing attitude, it’s easy to predict she will have men lining up at her door.
“Right now I do have a boyfriend named ‘Jim’ — that’s capital G-y-m,” Danni says, only half joking. “Because that’s the only time I’ve had. I’m completely single and on the market, but that’s a whole new world for me. I don’t know what that’s going to hold. I’ve never been that girl.” As she explores the brave new world of dating, Danni says she’s open to going back to reality television to find romance. “I think the best part right now is that dreams can happen,” she says. “So let’s try it all. Let’s go.”
Of course no one could forget Danni’s television singing debut, when she belted out “The Star Spangled Banner” in front of a crowd of blown away strangers. Her weight had held her back from performing in public because she didn’t want to be “that fat girl” on stage. But now that she’s confident enough to show off her talents, Danni says a singing career may be in her future. “That would be a dream come true, honestly,” she says. “My whole life I always wanted to be a singer and I didn’t know if it was possible.”
A musical path may take a back seat for a while though, as Danni pursues her newfound calling of helping people find what she has gained through her “Biggest Loser” experience. “I’ve been given so much,” says Danni. “This is a huge gift. Now I can’t wait to let the world know what we did together — me and Jillian — and then spread it. Let’s get America going, and that’s the first challenge I want to take on.”
So, is she thinking of following in Jillian’s footsteps as a trainer? “Those are huge footsteps,” Danni says. “I just know that life can be changed. Miracles happen and I feel like I’m a living image of it. I just want people to see if I can do it, you can do it too.” As for what she plans to do with her $250,000 winnings, Danni says she promised to take runner-up Jeff Nichols on a vacation.
