the walking dead escape tour 'The Walking Dead Escape' taking zombie apocalypse course on tour

If you’ve been waiting for a chance to prove you could survive in the world of “The Walking Dead,” this may very well be your moment.
“The Walking Dead Escape,” an obstacle course filled with “walkers” that debuted at San Diego Comic Con in 2012, is going on tour. “The Walking Dead” creator Robert Kirkman tells EW, “It was immensely popular at New York Comic Con and San Diego Comic Con, and now we’re going wide with it.”
He adds, “You can live the kind of things you see in the comics and show and go to a place and get chased by zombies. Or go to a place and watch your friends get chased by zombies. And nobody gets eaten, which is the best of both worlds!”
The tour will kick off April 24 in Baton Rouge, La. From there it will jump around various stadiums before returning to San Diego Comic Con in July. Check out the tour dates below. Tickets are available on the event’s website, where you can choose to be a survivor, walker or spectator.
