Tiger Woods’ famous car crash just gets weirder and weirder.
It turns out that when the golfer ended up at Health Central Hospital that fateful Friday, Nov. 27, his charts list “OD” and breathing problems as the reasons why he was admitted, claims TMZ.
Hmm, overdose? Too much with the ladies and drugs? Oh, Tiger, your stripes continue to fade.
We wonder why the reported facial lacerations and other trauma that would be consistent with a car crash weren’t on the admissions chart.

Nordegren was at the scene of that fateful Florida accident and gave
two pill bottles for Ambien and Vicodin to the paramedics. What was
Tiger doing all this time? Reportedly slipping in and out of
consciousness and snoring.
Tiger was admitted under a false name, William Smith (not to be
confused with “Hancock” star Will Smith) and used a breathing tube to
help his respiration.
We don’t know what exactly was in Tiger’s system at the time of the
accident, but every little new revelation just looks worse and worse.
