The competition show pitting world renowned chefs against each other will premiere its second season on Wednesday, April 7 at 11 p.m. ET/PT before moving to its regular time period a week later at 10 p.m.

Food journalist Kelly Choi will return as host, and regular “Top Chef” judge Gail Simmons will serve as a judge this season as well, joining restaurant critic Gael Greene, culinary expert James Oseland and food critic Jay Rayner.

Simmons was also named the host of another “Top Chef” spinoff, “Top Chef: Just Desserts,” which will feature pastry chefs in competition. The show is still currently in development.

Bravo also announced the pickup of two new docu-series spinning off two of its own stars — Jackie Warner in “Thintervention” and Bethenny Frankel in “Bethenny’s Getting Married?” — and yes, the question mark in the latter is deliberate.

Other new series include:

 – “9 by Design” – A docu-series following an unusal couple that takes condemned properties, flip them with their unique sense of style and then sell them for an incredible profit. They also happen to be parents of seven kids. Premieres Monday, April 5 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

 – “Work of Art: The Next Great Artist” – Premiering in June, the latest reality competition show gathers artists in various disciplines and sets them various challenges. The last artist standing gets their own  solo show at a nationally recognized museum and a cash prize. China Chow is the host.

Bravo revealed that it has also ordered new seasons of “Flipping Out” (fourth season), “My Life On The D-List” (sixth season), “The Real Housewives Of Atlanta” (third season) and “The Rachel Zoe Project” (third season).

The following premiere dates were also announced:
