adam richman man finds food pulled gi Travel Channel pulls 'Man Finds Food' after Adam Richman's Instagram rant

Those hoping to follow former “Man vs. Food” host Adam Richman on his new adventures in “Man Finds Food” might be out of luck. Travel Channel has pulled episodes of the show ahead of its July 2 debut, the Washington Post reports.
The move comes a week after Richman took heat on Instagram for using the hashtag “thinspiration” in relation to his weight loss. That particular term is closely associated with pro-anorexia and pro-bulimia photos on the image-sharing app.
When followers criticized him for using the term, he lashed out. The entire war of words was documented in an article on XOJane. Richman has made no comment about the status of the show, or if it will air at a future time.
In its place, Travel Channel will air episodes of “American Grilled.”
