Memorial Day proved to be a pretty quiet night in the TV ratings, with the handful of original shows that aired falling from their numbers last week and reruns populating the schedule elsewhere.

Thanks to “America’s Got Talent,” NBC ended the night on top, averaging 6.2 million viewers and a 3.6 rating/6 share in households. ABC (5.2 million, 3.7/6) edged CBS (5.1 million, 3.3/5) for second place. FOX took fourth with 2.4 million viewers and a 1.6/3, while The CW drew about 680,000 people and a 0.5/1.

NBC led the adults 18-49 demographic as well, albeit with only a 1.9 rating. ABC came in second with a 1.5, and CBS scored a 1.2. Neither FOX (0.8) nor The CW (0.3) broke the 1.0 barrier.
