big bang sept 19 rtgs TV ratings: 'Big Bang Theory' reruns top Thursday, 'X Factor' hits series lowFast National ratings for Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013

The last Thursday before the start of the fall TV season was a pretty quiet one. Reruns of “The Big Bang Theory” and “Two and a Half Men” carried CBS to a win in both viewers and adults 18-49. “The X Factor” dipped a little bit, hitting a series low.

The finale of “The Million Second Quiz” was up a bit over its last few telecasts, pending updates (NBC’s Kansas City affiliate carried an NFL game).

CBS drew 6.7 million viewers and a 4.4 rating/7 share in households for the night. NBC (5.1 million, 3.2/5) came in second. ABC (4.52 million, 3.0/5) edged FOX (4.46 million, 2.9/5) for third — although that may change as ABC’s Philadelphia station carried the NFL game. The CW (687,000, 0.5/1) trailed.

CBS led the 18-49 demographic as well, scoring a 1.6 rating in primetime. FOX was right behind at 1.5, and ABC and NBC tied for third at 1.3. The CW posted a 0.2.
