CBS scored a ratings win Thursday thanks to “Big Brother,” but its numbers and those of ABC, FOX and NBC are all inflated thanks to coverage of NFL preseason games in local markets.

The numbers might change, but the order of finish probably won’t. As it stands now, CBS led the night with 8.6 million viewers and a 5.6 rating/9 share in households. ABC grabbed second with 5.9 million viewers and a 3.9/6, beating out FOX (5.25 million, 3.5/6). NBC (4.8 million, 3.2/5) took fourth. The CW drew 1.1 million viewers and a 0.8/1.

CBS also led the adults 18-49 demographic with a 2.6 rating. ABC and NBC tied for second at 1.6, while FOX delivered a 1.4. The CW trailed at 0.4.
