drew brees saints unitas record getty TV ratings: Drew Brees helps NBC to win; '666 Park Avenue' slips nearly 2 million from premiereFast National ratings for Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012

ABC’s Sunday lineup took a bit of a hit its second week out this season. “666 Park Avenue” dropped nearly 2 million viewers from its premiere last week. “Once Upon a Time”  lost 1.5 million viewers and “Revenge” lost 1.2 million.

CBS’ numbers saw a bump in the first two hours of primetime due to starting the lineup 30 minutes late because of the NFL double-header in the afternoon. The NFL runover helped them almost match NBC’s numbers for the night.

NBC was down from last week, but “Sunday Night Football” still ruled the night. The Peacock averaged 13.7 million viewers and an 8.4 rating/13 share in households. CBS was right behind with 12.3 million viewers and a 7.9/12. ABC was third at 7.4 million viewers, 3.4/7 and FOX trailed with 5.4 million viewers and a 3.0/5.

In the adults 18-49 demo, NBC won easily with a 5.3, followed by CBS (3.2), FOX (2.6) and ABC (2.3).
