ellen pompeo greys anatomy 320 TV ratings: 'Grey's Anatomy' is No. 1 on a soft ThursdayFast National ratings for Thursday, Dec. 3, 2010

A lineup of reruns on CBS managed to win Thursday night in total viewers, but ABC had the most-watched show in “Grey’s Anatomy” (even though it was down from its most recent new episode) and led the night in adults 18-49.

Overall, though, it was a pretty soft night for the networks. CBS averaged 9.1 million viewers and a 5.8 rating/10 share in primetime to finish a little ahead of ABC (8.8 million, 5.5/9) in the overall race. FOX took third with 7 million viewers and a 4.3/7. NBC (5.1 million, 3.1/5) finished fourth. The CW drew 3.2 million viewers and a 1.9/3, although an NFL pre-emption in the Houston area may bring those numbers down slightly in the final nationals.

ABC easily won the adults 18-49 demo with a 3.1 rating. NBC took second with a 2.2, beating out FOX’s 2.1 and CBS’ 1.9. The CW came in at 1.3.
