A playoff at the Masters took up an hour of primetime Sunday — and gave CBS a ratings win in the process, as Adam Scott defeated Angel Cabrera on the second extra hole.

Elsewhere Sunday, “All-Star Celebrity Apprentice” improved some on its recent performances, rising three-tenths of a point in adults 18-49 over last week. FOX’s “Family Guy” recorded the best 18-49 rating of the night aside from the Masters runover.

CBS averaged 12.4 million viewers and a 7.8 rating/13 share in households in primetime, pending updates for the live golf coverage. NBC (4.5 million, 2.9/5) finished a distant second. ABC (3.9 million, 2.5/4) came in third, a little bit ahead of FOX (3.5 million, 2.0/3).

The Eye also led the 18-49 demographic with a 2.6 rating, a point better than FOX’s 1.6. NBC scored a 1.4 in the demo and ABC a 0.9.
