The final “Modern Family” episode of the fall posted the show’s best ratings in four weeks, leading the night in adults 18-49 by a good-sized margin. It didn’t take the total-viewer crown, though, as “Criminal Minds” brought in the biggest overall audience, although it was down from a week ago.

Also Tuesday, night two of “The Sing-Off” put up decent ratings without a “Voice” lead-in, topping “The X Factor” from 8 to 10 p.m. “Arrow” was steady in viewers and adults 18-49 and posted the show’s best ratings ever among young men.

CBS led all three hours of primetime in viewers, averaging 10.3 million and a 6.4 rating/10 share in households. ABC (6.75 million, 4.4/7) came in second. NBC (5.7 million, 3.6/6) beat out FOX (4.9 million, 3.1/5) for third. The CW came in at 2.2 million viewers and a 1.4/2.

CBS also scored an demographic win, earning a 2.2 rating in adults 18-49 to beat ABC’s 1.9. NBC took third with a 1.7, followed by FOX, 1.4, and The CW, 0.8.
