ncis newborn king TV ratings: 'NCIS' dominates Tuesday, 'Glee' Christmas episode softFast national ratings for Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2011

Viewers were not feeling very giving toward a Christmas episode of “Glee” Tuesday night, as its ratings were on the low side for the second week in a row. A holiday edition of “NCIS” scored the night’s best numbers across the board, and the finale of “The Biggest Loser” gave NBC a bump.

CBS led the total-viewer race by a huge margin, drawing 15.5 million viewers and a 10.0 rating/15 share in households. No one else drew even half that many people. NBC (6.95 million, 4.7/7) was the best of the rest, finishing a little ahead of FOX (6.5 million, 4.1/6). ABC came in fourth with 5.3 million viewers and a 3.5/5, while The CW (712,000, 0.5/1) barely registered.

FOX and CBS tied for the lead among adults 18-49, each scoring a 2.8 rating. NBC took third in the demographic with a 2.2. ABC averaged 1.5 and The CW 0.3.
