glass house premiere puzzle TV Ratings: 'The Glass House' premiere soft for ABC; NBC wins the night in viewersFast National ratings for Monday, June 18, 2012

“The Glass House,” ABC’s new summer reality show, did not get off to an auspicious start for its Monday night premiere episode. It received lower ratings than last week’s “Castle” rerun, and it also saw a loss of over 700,000 viewers from the first half-hour to the second.

NBC led the night in viewers, averaging 7.56 million – which means “America’s Got Talent” is quite a bit more popular than last week’s Stanley Cup finals. The Peacock also averaged a 4.4 rating/7 share in households.

ABC was second with 6 million viewers, 4.2/7, followed by FOX at 5.5 million, 3.1/5, CBS at 5.2 million, 3.4/6 and the CW at 465,000 viewers, 0.3/1.

In the adults 18-49 demo, FOX won with 2.4, followed by NBC (2.3), ABC (2.0), CBS (1.3) and the CW (0.2).
