famous in 12 ratings TV ratings: 'America's Got Talent' leads Tuesday, 'Night Shift' steady, 'Famous in 12' starts slowlyFast National ratings for Tuesday, June 3, 2014

NBC captured Tuesday’s ratings title across the board, as “America’s Got Talent” and “The Night Shift” both held onto most of their premiere audiences from a week ago. “AGT” dipped two tenths of a point among adults 18-49 but was still far and away the evening’s top show in the demographic, while “The Night Shift” lost only a tenth vs. a week ago.

Also Tuesday, the premiere of “Famous in 12” didn’t draw much of an audience for The CW, and FOX’s “Riot” and “I Wanna Marry Harry” also struggled. The finale of “Celebrity Wife Swap,” on the other hand, hit a season high for ABC.

NBC drew 9.8 million viewers and a 5.9 rating/10 share in households for the night to score a comfortable win over second-place CBS (7.3 million, 4.8/8). ABC (3.9 million, 2.5/4) came in third. FOX’s 1.1 million viewers and 0.8/1 were good enough for fourth, and The CW (724,000, 0.5/1) was fifth.

NBC scored a 2.4 rating among adults 18-49, doubling up the 1.2 for ABC. CBS posted a 1.0, while FOX (0.4) and The CW (0.3) scuffled.
