CBS is still quite unhappy with ABC’s upcoming “Big Brother”-esque reality competition “Glass House” — so much so that the network has filed a temporary restraining order to prevent ABC from airing the “Glass House” series premiere on June 18. This is in addition to the lawsuit that’s currently in discovery in the U.S. District Court alleging copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation and other charges. “Glass House” features contestants living together in a camera-filled house and competing in challenges to win $250,000. While we might not have all the rules for “New Girl’s” epic drinking game True American, we will be seeing it again on the FOX hit. Creator Liz Merriwether says that it will definitely return. “We’re definitely bringing [the game] back. We want to tie it into the election,” she says. [Vulture]

The recent success of History’s “Hatfields and McCoys” miniseries might mean good things for the modern-day interpretation of the feud currently in the works at NBC. Charlize Theron is producing the new project, which will set the fighting families in an urban setting where the Hatfields have risen to great wealth and power and the McCoys are working-class. Lifetime has found its newest star: Basketball player Metta World Peace (formerly Ron Artest). He’ll play a Georgia detective alongside Jennie Garth in the TV movie adaptation of Nancy Grace’s novel “The Eleventh Victim.” [TV Guide]

Speaking of Lifetime, the lead of its Casey Anthony movie has dropped out of the project after one week of filming. Holly DeVeaux has left, and is being replaced by Virginia Welch. “The Office” actor Creed Bratton has joined the Lindsay Lohan-fronted “Liz and Dick” as a studio head. [People, Variety]

T.J. Miller is replacing Jake Lacy in FOX’s midseason sitcom “Goodwin Games.” The show stars Becki Newton, Scott Foley and now Miller as siblings who must compete to earn their father’s inheritance. [Deadline]
