Don’t think Vanessa Hudgen’s break-up with long-time boyfriend Zac Efron has left her feeling bitter or upset. Quite the opposite actually. Hudgens, whose new film “Sucker Punch” hits theaters on Mar. 25, appears on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on Mar. 23, where she chats about her split from her “High School Musical” co-star.
When asked by DeGeneres if she’s still friends with Efron, Hudgens says, “We’re good. After being in a relationship with someone that long, you stay friends.” Hudgens also admits the two were dating for “five years,” which is basically a lifetime in Hollywood, so kudos to the young couple.
While Hudgens says she’s single, Ellen brought up the rumors that she’s dating her “Journey 2: The Mysterious Island” co-star Josh Hutcherson. She even showed a picture of the two of them on his motorcycle together, which prompted Hudgens to say, “Aww, I love him.”
Hudgens never directly answered if they are dating, but would only say, “We just did a movie together and we had the best time.”
