“The Newsroom” star Jeff Daniels and his “Dumb and Dumber To” co-star Jim Carrey had a big night on “The Tonight Show” Tuesday (June 10). Not only did they debut the first official trailer for their follow-up to the hit 1994 comedy (above), but they also took part in a rather insane sketch with host Jimmy Fallon that looks like something out of “Saturday Night Live’s” blooper reel.

The sketch involves them using fake arms as they work in a burger joint — it’s hard to really put into words, so just watch the video below.

In the last two clips, Daniels and Carrey talk about Daniels’ initial audition for “Dumb and Dumber,” their process of getting into character and how Daniels’ head is slightly bigger and Carrey’s is slightly smaller than normal.

It’s kind of a crazy interview all around, but very funny.
