What happens when you gather a bunch of celebrities together to read a cartoon script? Thanks to an ongoing series of shows in Los Angeles, you can find out.
Names like Paul Scheer (“The League”), Danielle Fishel (“Boy Meets World”), Nick Kroll (“Kroll Show”), Seth Green (“Robot Chicken”), Ben Schwartz (“House of Lies”) and others gathered at the Upright Citizens Brigade theater to read the script to the not-quite-classic “Space Jam,” and they weren’t alone. Los Angeles Clippers stars Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan joined the actors reading the roles of Michael Jordan and Charles Barkley, respectively.
Complete with music cues, good and bad impressions and lots of laughter, the readers and the audience all looked to have a wonderful time. It’s the latest in a series of table reads put together by comedian Sean O’Connor and art gallery owner Jensen Karp.

Chris E. Hayner is equal parts nerd, crazy person and coffee. He watches too much TV, knows more about pro wrestling than you do and remembers every single show from the TGIF lineup. You may have seen him as a pro-shark protester in "Sharknado 3." His eventual memoir will be called "You're Wrong, Here's Why..." TV words to live by: "I'm a firm believer that sometimes it's right to do the wrong thing."
