will and kate walking Will and Kate's North American tour revealed: Montreal, Calgary, Los Angeles make the cut. New York does not.Mark your calendars, North American (but mostly Canadian) royal watchers.

]]>Prince William and Kate Middleton (now known as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge) will be making their highly anticipated appearance on American shores this summer. The royal newlyweds will tour U.S. and Canadian cities over the course of 11 days, and we now know which regions will be graced with their presence. Find their itinerary below. This will be Kate’s first trip across the pond, while Wills has visited Canada twice before. E! News reports that the theme of their 2011 Royal Tour is “‘Moving Forward Together,’ from past accomplishments to current service to future achievements.” Whatever that means. A more detailed itinerary is expected to be available as the trip approaches. June 30-July 2: National Capital Region (Ottawa, Ontario and Gatineau, Quebec)
July 2: Montreal
July 3: Quebec City
July 3-4: Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island
July 4: Summerside, Prince Edward Island
July 4-6: Yellowknife, Northwest Territories
July 6-8: Calgary, Alberta
July 8-10: Los Angeles While they won’t experience a classic Independence Day in the states, (though wouldn’t it be kind of odd, being British royals and all?) they will be on hand for Canada’s national holiday — appropriately dubbed “Canada Day” — on July 1st. They should likely experience the celebrated Calgary Stampede when it begins on July 8th, as well. Starting their tour in the Northeast, we’re surprised that the couple won’t be making a pit stop in the Big Apple — but hey, just means more Will & Kate time for those of us here in L.A. So we’re not complaining.
