He’s known as one of the absolute greatest to ever play basketball and it’s easy to see why. Wilt “The Stilt” Chamberlain was over seven feet tall and had a storied career in the National Basketball Association from 1959 to 1973.
Some newly released footage shows how promising he was even before then, though. The 20-minute video contains film from the 1957 NCAA Tournament, in which Wilt played for the University of Kansas Jayhawks.
Chamberlain went on to win the coveted Tournament MVP title, even though his team lost the championship by one point in triple over time. One thing is clear, Chamberlain is a dominant force on the court and refuses to be shown up, which is reflected in his 32.2 points per game average for the tournament.
In addition to basketball, there’s another legacy Wilt left behind. According to the basketball player, he bedded over 20,000 women in his life, never having a child or getting married. That doesn’t leave much time for sports.

You may have seen him as a pro-shark protester in "Sharknado 3." His eventual memoir will be called "You're Wrong, Here's Why..." TV words to live by: "I'm a firm believer that sometimes it's right to do the wrong thing."
