x factor top 13 graphics error voting mishap 'X Factor' Top 13 performing again after voting mishapThe “X Factor” finalists are getting another chance at winning America’s votes after a graphics error during the East Coast broadcast of Wednesday’s (Nov. 6) show displayed incorrect voting numbers.

Thursday, Nov. 7 the Top 13 will perform their “save me” songs during a special live performance show and viewers will then get a chance to vote again for their favorites. The results will be revealed on Wednesday, Nov. 13.

Viewers will still be able to SuperVote via http://www.TheXFactorUSA.com, as well as vote via the phone numbers and text message. Callers should not be alarmed if they hear a pre-recorded message that says “watch the ‘X Factor’ results tomorrow” when they vote tonight. The results will be revealed next week on Wednesday’s show.
Next Wednesday’s show will presumably reveal the person who is going home at the top of the hour, then go into the Top 12 performing hit songs from the 1980s, which is the theme of the week. On Thursday, Nov. 14, another act will be sent home.

Simon Cowell tweets of the mix up:

A lot of you noticed there were some problems with the voting numbers at the end of the show tonight…you were right! There was an issue so everyone has to sing their save me song live tomorrow and America will vote on that performance. Mistakes happen. But now I have 24 hours to prepare my groups for tomorrow night. Let’s hope they all deliver. Now they will understand what pressure means. It’s happened once before. It’s live tv. You have to deal with it, tough for the contestants though. But you have to dig deep and deliver. And for a couple of contestants they must be thanking their lucky stars they get to sing another song tomorrow.

Who did you vote for last night, “X Factor” fans? Be sure to vote again tonight so that your favorite act doesn’t go home.
