I’m traveling, guest speaking, donating to my favorite charities and studying new forms of workouts.

I start on social media, reaching out to fans, which is so inspiring. I work out, I take meetings, train some celebrity friends, spend time with my family and cook dinner.
What music do you like to work out to?
I love hip-hop!! Work out to it every day.
How would you describe your training style?
I think I push the right balance of passion and belief in the middle of  physical training, so my style is taking care of the inside while sculpting the outside.
What’s the best workout for beginners?
Cardio with weights. If you’re walking, grab some weights and do bicep curls the entire time, your body will thank you for it! Add a shoulder press from time to time, too!

Parents, go to the gym with your kids, set time to go outside as a family and fill your kitchen with healthy choices.

Combination movement, i.e., do standing lunges with 10-pound weights and do shoulder presses! Work more than one muscle group at a time!
A lot of people gain weight when they start working out … Can you talk about that?
Muscle is heavier than fat, so you will gain mass when you start to work out. The benefit is muscle will also lean you out, so get ready for those clothes to fit better!
How do you stay encouraged if you are working out and counting calories but the scale isn’t moving?
Are your clothes fitting better, are the compliments pouring in? Those are great ways to stay encouraged!
Can you talk about weight loss plateaus and how to break through?
If you find that you are plateauing then switch up your workout, your body has grown accustomed to that routine. Try a new class challenge!
What happens when a Cheat Day becomes a Cheat Week or Cheat Month … What kind of tips do you have for getting back on track?
When a Cheat Day becomes a Cheat Month, you’ve gone too far to the dark side. Get back on track by planning your meals, schedule your workouts by setting your alarm clock. And bring a friend!
How do you work out when you have an injury? How do you stay motivated?
An injury can be stressful, but it’s isolated. Work different body parts to maintain your physique and keep your head in the game.
I hate the gym! What are some fun ways I can burn calories and stay in shape?
Luckily working out doesn’t have to be limited to the gym, you can do outside sports like biking, basketball, or even hiking!
What are your suggestions for busy moms who don’t have time to get to the gym?
Busy mom? Try our Biggest Loser DVDs when you put the kids down for a nap. Also bring the kids to the park and push the stroller while you do your lunges!
I’m overweight because I just love to eat. I love food. Any suggestions how to count calories?
A great way to count calories is to read the label.  Most food products list the exact amount per serving.  Also, it’s good to have a cooking scale and measuring tools in the kitchen!
