During Adele's "Tonight Show" interview, prior to the Box of Lies game she plays with host Jimmy Fallon, the singer says she's a good liar. Which is a bit of a conundrum, because that statement turns out to be false and she says it quite convincingly.

In the Box of Lies game, Adele tries to get sneaky by injecting kernels of truth into her first description, but Fallon knows she's lying anyway. Then on the second object, Adele tells the 100 percent truth and Fallon knows she's telling the truth.

" ... b****," sighs Adele, as she holds up her giraffe with donuts around its neck to show Fallon he was right.

But thankfully, Adele isn't trying to make her living as a liar. The songstress with the enormous voice takes the stage after Box of Lies to perform "Water Under the Bridge," the sixth track off her record-breaking new album, "25." As always, it is spectacular.
