“Bachelor in Paradise” has been renewed for a second season on ABC and there was much rejoicing across “Bachelor” nation.
The show features former “Bachelor/ette” contestants living together in a tropical paradise and going on dates, handing out roses in a game of “Bachelor” musical chairs — there are always more people than there are roses. New cast members arrive every couple of days and love (or at least, lust) is found by all. The ratings have been fairly solid for ABC, with “Bachelor in Paradise” ranking as the No. 1 new summer show in the adults 18-49 demographic.
The first season has been full of drama, tears, heartbreak, romance and hook-ups — and the Season 1 finale looks like it’s going out with a bang. It airs Monday (Sept. 8) at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
