“The Big Bang Theory” star Jim Parsons was nonplussed to actually receive an Emmy Sunday night (Aug. 29).

“It’s really an honor,” he admitted backstage. “It just feels like being part of a small part of history. I’m a big reader of almanacs — or I was —  and I like lists. Boy, do I sound OCD. So I was oddly thrilled to be part of a list like this. The winning was beyond. I’m thrilled, I’m honored. But I’m stunned too.”

]]>Michael J. Fox, Alex P. Keaton. wasn’t he a bit of a nerd? As for what other than TV he would like to do… “I’d love to do a play in New York,” he confesses. “Broadway’s harder to get  on than TV. It’s a  numbers game,” he said, adding, “Did that sound catty? I didn’t mean to…. I should leave. Someone is gonna come and rip this thing away.”
