It was only a matter of time before Season 20’s first possible dance preventing injury happened on “Dancing With the Stars.” While Patti LaBelle has had a little bit of knee trouble, things really don’t look good heading into Disney Night for former “Bachelor” Chris Soules.
Soules pulled a calf muscle Sunday (April 12) and tweeted a picture of himself nursing the injury.
By the looks of things just hours before Soules should be dancing with professional partner Witney Carson
on Monday’s (April 13) live show, it doesn’t seem like his injury has gotten any better. In the video below obtained by Us Weekly
, Soules is shown hurting so badly he has to sit out during camera blocking.
While it is unknown whether the hurt calf muscle will prevent him from dancing or impact his scores, pre-injury Soules seemed super excited to show audiences his Hercules-themed routine.
Tune in when “Dancing With the Stars” airs Monday, April 13 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC to see whether or not Chris and Witney will get to dance past the halfway mark in the competition.
