Move over Jimmy Fallon, Hillary Clinton also knows wants you to watch her Whip, watch her Nae Nae.
The 2016 presidential hopeful shows that she knows how to get in on a dance craze by learning how to do the 2015 version of the Macarena during a commercial break in her appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
Clinton is making an appearance on the show as part of DeGeneres’ New York premiere week. While there she not only caught up with the host but talked to the audience about her own experience with sexism. She shares a story about being denied a credit card in the late 1970s because she is a woman, even though she was making more money than her husband, Bill, at the time.
Clinton also makes a little time to talk about her granddaughter, Charlotte, who will be a year old later in September. While the former First Lady enjoys being a grandma, she has a few alternatives for what she’d like Charlotte to call her when she starts speaking.
“If I like what she calls me I’ll say, ‘Yeah that’s a good one!’ and if I don’t I’ll work on what else can she call me,” she says. “I’m fine with grandma or Madame President.”
On the presidential note, Clinton has been receiving a lot of flack for being one of the oldest presidents if she’s elected in 2016 — but she comes up with a quick answer for that as well.
“The way I look at it is that I would be the youngest woman ever elected to be President of the United States,” she says.
And as for Kanye West, Clinton politely requests that if she wins the Oval Office that he wait for 2024 before throwing his hat in the ring.
