vinny guadagnino oct 2012 'Jersey Shore's' Vinny Guadagnino ready to close up house and move onZap2it: What was it like living in the “Jersey Shore” house?

Vinny Guadagnino: It was fun. It was crazy living with the same people 24 hours a day for two months straight. There was zero privacy, no escape, no TV, no cellphone, no radio, no music, no sounds. All you could do is talk to each other for two months straight. In a way that sucks, but in another way it is a cool life experience, where you have to go back to the Stone Age and find things to do to keep busy. You cannot take off. I had to leave to get some sleep. For the most part, it was a lot of fun, too, everyone making a mockery. Paulie was there to wake me every morning.

Zap2it: What won’t you miss?

Vinny Guadagnino: I won’t miss being away from my family. You are away from your home and family for a long period of time. I have a huge family. They are my life. We have Sunday dinner every Sunday together.

Zap2it: What were you doing before the show?

Vinny Guadagnino: I was going to go to law school. I took the LSAT the day the show premiered because I didn’t know what our show was. And I changed gears. I was interning for a state assemblyman. I wanted to do something in politics, like homeland security or U.N., or something to do with the government but not be a lawyer.

Zap2it: What do you want to do now that the show is ending?

Vinny Guadagnino: I always had an entertainment side as well. I was in every school play. I always wanted to be an actor and on TV.
