It was a blast from the past for John Stamos this weekend on the set of his new FOX pilot. The actor tweeted out the above pic Saturday (March 21) with the caption, “Look who came to visit me on set. @kinshriner #ScottyBaldwin #TheGword.”
Fans of “General Hospital” know that Kin Shriner was a co-star of Stamos’ in the early 1980s on the long-running ABC soap. Shriner plays Scotty Baldwin on the show, who back in the 1980s was the other man in the infamous Luke and Laura Spencer love triangle. Stamos portrayed Blackie Parrish, foster child of Laura’s parents, Rick and Lesley Webber.
Stamos has been having quite the adventures lately on social media. Earlier this month, he posted an epic “Full House” photobomb and now he’s reuniting with a co-star from 30 years ago. All that is needed now is Stamos playing with the Beach Boys and he’s hit the trifecta.
The pilot in question is “Grandpa” — hence the hashtag #TheGword — where Stamos plays a “confirmed bachelor” who discovers he’s a dad and a grandfather. It co-stars Paget Brewster, Josh Peck, Christina Milian and these cuties playing his granddaughter:
